that backed into *** *** vehicle*** *** *** *** insurance provider that paid for right side damage.EuroPros Collision Center, Inc(EuroPros) is an automobile collision repair facility in Gaithersburg, specializing in ***, ***, *** and ***EuroPros prides itself on impeccable, thorough and professional service in the repair of all types of vehiclesThe staff of is diligent in providing the finished result that the vehicle owner will be proud ofThe wait time to have a vehicle enter the shop for repairs such as *** *** is 4-weeksVehicle owners are informed of this ‘wait time' at the start, so that they can plan for auto rental coverageVehicles are not permitted to be released unless payment in full has been received from the insurance company and the clientAn exception was made by the owner in this event, since *** *** was supposedly issuing the supplemental check to EuroProsDerrick F* made this exception for *** *** since she was insistent that she really needed her vehicleIt was also expected that *** *** provided EuroPros with a payments (in the forms of checks) that had funds to back up this paymentInstead, *** *** received the *** *** check, cashed it and provided EuroPros with a personal check that was returned with NSF (not a stop payment, as *** *** claims).*** *** has made many claims in her complaint that are unfounded and inconsistent with realityClaims of attempting to have EuroPros take responsibility for a broken radio, when outside sources have documentation that state otherwiseAlso, claiming that she stopped payment on a $1,check is contradictory from the bank proof attached (stamped NSF, return reason - A, Not Sufficient Funds), and failing to mention that she cashed a check from *** *** that she knew was not hers to cash/keep.Addressing each item from Customers Statement:"I was told by the representative named Ericka that I would have my car in about weeks" for the inital bumper repair using ***, this would be correctThe additional repairs that *** *** wanted *** to cover were deniedThen *** *** (*** *** insurance carrier) was called into provide an estimate; then supplements were neededThis lengthened the time but not due to EuroPros, this is all due to *** *** extending her requests to span insurance providers and supplements, "I got into my car only to find out my radio and CD player wasn't working"as per statements directly from *** *** that radio did not work prior to the incident and delivery to EuroPros (multiple entries below that attest to this)06/03/documentation listed below, states that *** *** had problems with her radio months in the past and failed to keep her appointments to have her radio viewed/fixed"check engine light came on"PuroPros did not handle any repairs that were in the vicinity of the gas cap"I had stopped payment on the check ..." [redacted] was on-site at EuroPros Collision Center Monday ... and is very happy with the resolution, and he was supposed to contact you your office to remove this complaint, The issues with [redacted] have been resolved as of Monday 02/13/17. The initial issue was due to the mirror...

motor malfunctioning. When [redacted] first picked up his vehicle in December of 2016, he was to have his mirror motor replaced per the estimate from [redacted]. EuroPros Collision Center, Inc. did replace the mirror motor, however, due to a malfunction the motor failed after it left EuroPros location. [redacted] was under the Impression that EuroPros have never changed the motor. EuroPros owner, Derrick F[redacted], contacted [redacted] as soon as he became aware of the misunderstanding. As of Monday 02113/17, the 2013 [redacted] was brought back to EuroPros and the 2nd new motor was installed successfully.
