Review: I thought I purchased a car from from [redacted] but turns out he is a salesman/broker for Euro Star Auto Sales. I was told before I purchased the car (in writing) that the car had a rebuilt CA title. If this would have been the case it would have taken 20 minutes to get new tags and a new title. The car actually had a salvaged title from New Jersey. The car was shipped to where I live in CO. The car would not start. I took the salvaged title into [redacted] in CO and they will not issue plates for the car. I did a quick search on Euro Star and found mostly negative comments referring to Euro Star forging documents and not following through on their promises to their customers. I would not recommend buying a car from Euro Star. I was flat out lied to about the car.Desired Settlement: I want this car picked up. I want my money back for car $16,900, plus the shipping expenses $700, and taxes I paid $875. Total return I expect $18,475.00

My experience @ Euro Star Auto was very positive, they were very helpful. [redacted] the sales lady had very good customer service. I was very pleased with her. I'm very happy with my vehicle. I will recommend people to car shop there.

Review: Euro Star Auto Sales advertised on there web site that the car came with a 3 month warranty. Verbally he also told me it had a 3 month warranty. My mistake for not checking the paper work. This car broke down 2 hours on my way home from the dealership on the freeway. I do not have a cell phone. The highway patrol gave me a ride to the next exit. I thought the car and run out of gas because it had lost power. I called my daughter and she brought me gas. A couple of days later while driving the car it slowed down to 10 miles per hour. I turned around and went home. A couple of hours later I tried to drive the car again, it did the same thing. A couple of days later the just stopped on me. I tried to start it and it would not start no matter how many times I tried. I was in a parking lot and a kind man helped me push it into a parking space. The car is still there. This car is a death trap. I gave this dealership all the money I had.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund on this car. If I can not get a refund, I should at least get a 3 month warranty that they had on there web site.

Concerning the car breaking down, we did not sell the car with any previous knowledge that there was something wrong with the car that would cause it to stall and shut down. All of our cars are inspected, driven and have passed smog. There was nothing wrong with the car when the customer took it for a test drive so everything was good at that point. After we had learned that there were problems with the car, we were not able to contact the customer. We had called and left voicemails and messages stating that we were willing to work with the customer in resolving this situation, but never got a response or a call back. Concerning the warranty, the car did not come with it's own manufacturers warranty, but we did offer to give her a warranty for the three months that were promised her. However, at the time of the sale the customer had not paid the full amount and still owed the company $900.00. We were promised that we would periodically receive that amount in chunks after the date of the sale. It was communicated to the customer that we could not purchase the warranty on the car until the full amount was paid off. Since then we have received two payments and are still owed $300.00. We are willing to forgive the remaining debt and/or work with the customer concerning the issues that the car was having, but have not been able to contact the customer and have not heard back since.

So far with my interaction with Euro Star Auto Sales has been excellent! They have responded timely, politeful, helpful in many ways when shopping for a car and they have a good selection of quality cars priced accordingly. they have good affordable prices.

I bought my BMW X5 from these guys and I have to say, I love my car and the folks at Euro Star had excellent customer service. The sales rep worked with me in getting into a price I could afford and later, they even honored the "lens cleaning" they said they would do on the headlights when I purchased the vehicle. I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

If you have had challenged credit, don't like playing games with the dealerships and want a good deal on a car, GO and RUN TO EUROAUTO SALES!!! Going though a divorce and all other dealerships gave me the run around and played with my valuable time!

Some cars may have high mileage but that is what you get when you come to a dealership such as this.... no games, no hiding flaws on cars JUST CARS! I found this to be the best experience EVER and dealt with Brenda... very helpful and not pushy! IF you have very high expectations and are very picky, then maybe this would not be for you.... but if you are realistic and want ttitle to a car within 6 months, then THIS IS THE DEALERSHIP for you!!

Lots of variety of cars, and lots of choices you need to make for yourself... as is on most cars but just go after buying the car and have a mechanic check things out... you get what you pay for. After buying my cutie VW convertible, I took it for my first oil change and check up and had to put maybe 1000.00 into the car but it was well worth it! IT's a car and it's cute and they work with you for payment and financing without judgement! That was what was important to me.... and I love my car!

They were very helpful in answering questions. Not only did they work with me on the price but they got me some items missing from the vehicle when I requested them. Would purchase another vehicle from them.

Purchased my 2006 FX45 with no hassle and most immportantly for a great price, would buy again thru these guys with out a hesitation.

I love this dealership!!! I was looking for a used car for my daughter and the sales people were very nice and attentive. They made the car buying process easy and never did I feel like I was being taken advantage of.

The folks at Euro Auto were top notch at every level.

They walked me through the purchase process and talked with me about several different financing options and payment plans.

What was even more impressive is when the convertible top on our car wasn't working exactly the way it was supposed to, they took the car back and worked on it until they were able to fix the problem. They very easily could've just kind of fixed it and sent me on my way. Instead they spent several days researching why the convertible wasn't working until they found out what the problem was and they fixed it.

Paul was very proactive in keeping me in the loop as to what was going on with the car. I appreciated that very much.

In the end, the car got fixed, the financing was perfect and the service was second to none.

If you are looking for a car, you have to go see the guys at Euro Auto in Roseville.

Every one in this business acts proactively, all seem genuine, no undue pressure on the customer.

Greatly priced vehicles on the lot and they fix what they promised to fix , if you happen to go back.
