This is in regards to complaint # [redacted] I spoke with the customer on 9/15/and went over there that day and did all the grout touch up that he had requested, and apologized for the miscommunication on my part for not getting the grout touch up done soonerAs for the wood issues I have ordered an independent inspection to come and assess the issues with the woodwe at this time are waiting for a response from the inspector to set up a time to do the inspection to find out what needs to be doneI have kept in touch with the homeowner and am keeping him informed on what is happening Sincerely, [redacted] @***.***

We have not had any correspondence with or from this customer since the date of install on 1/25/We will reach out to the customer in hopes of resolving these issues

The reason this customers frame was not fixed immediately, was we were trying to figure out if it was the company's faultIt appeared from the pictures that the dents were not caused by the window falling out Although, we were not sure the problem was the company's fault, we went out and re-capped this frame for the customer on or about the 22nd of the month at no charge to the customer This repair has already been completedWe did speak to the customer on the 17th and tempers from both sides were involvedThe customer did agree that she should not called in screaming at my employees or at the owner of the companyI hope this resolution is to the customer's satisfactionI am not sure why this Revdex.com complaint has been opened as the problem was already resolved

We only have received one phone call for a service and that was for difficultly opening the front storm door.After receiving your service call we tried multiple times to schedule with you to get the service taken care ofOnce you were scheduled we had a break in at our office where of our trucks were broken in to and all of our tools were stolenWe explained the situation to you and hoped for your understandingThe theft totaling in the thousands was not something that was planned and did effect us severelyOnce we were back on our feet we did reschedule with you for August 29th to have our service technician out there to adjust the door for youThis service was completed by our service technicianNo wall damage or trim issues were reported to us after your window install but according to your letter our door installer was more that happy to assist you

They called me the day that I filed my complaint with you. That's the last I have heard from Euro-Tech Inc. It is now mid-November - the weather is deteriorating and Euro-Tech still has not gotten the materials to make the job right. I am stunned that they were given an A+ rating by BBB. That's what they claim in their presentations and on their phone hold message. The materials should be in any day and the crew will pick them up so we can schedule the service. Again we apologize for the delay. 2014 has been a record year for all remodeling and we are trying to follow up as efficiently as possible.

We are following up with the customer. Not sure where the communication was lost.

This contract was cancelled and the deposit was returned within days of saleThe salesperson is new and did not know we do not have a door installer to install a single storm door

We should be receiving the new replacement glass soonWhen we do we will be contacting the customer to replace their glass unit
