I WENT BACK TO SEE WHAT WERE THE PLUMBING COMPLAINTS THAT THE CUSTOMER TOLD ME ABOUT(N OISE WHEN TUB DRAIN S, NOISE WHEN WATER RUNS IN SINK, TOILET)
EVERYTHING IS FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY
I SPOKE TO PLUMBER AND HE SAID EVERYTHING IS FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY THE PLUMBER SAID ITS FOR PIPES TO MAKE A NOISE DUE TO PRESSURE, WHEN THE TOILET BOWL FILLS UP IT MAKES A NOISE AND WHEN WATER DRAIN S IN TUB IT SWIRLS AND MAKES A NOISE

I am rejecting this response because: The contractor's response is not responding to my complaint. I didn't dispute that work was done and that I paid for the work. Our problem is with the way the work was done. In fact, [redacted] did come to my house after I told him that his plumber had not responded to our numerous calls to the plumber requesting that he come back and check out the plumbing work and explain the unusual noises when the bathroom sink water was running, when the tub drains and the toilet is flushed. The noises in the tub, toilet and bathtub but they are in the pipes in the wall and supporting equipment. [redacted] agreed that we had a justifiable complaint and promised to return with the plumber. What changed his position other than a lack of interest or an unwillingness and lack of motivation to satisfy customers after he had been paid ? The plumber was never here to follow up. He completed his job was paid and left. Therefore, any explanation that he offered to [redacted] was not based on our dissatisfaction with his work and is meaningless. He didn't hear the noises or experience the problems that we are left to resolve. Is there no responsibility or obligation to on the part of a plumber to re-examine a customer's complaint? [redacted] Plewa recommended the plumber and gave me his assurance that the plumber was highly qualified and that I would be satisfied. He did not suggest that I should bring in my own plumber. He said that his plumber and electrician were good and that because the three worked together frequently, the job would be completed in the shortest amount of time. I totally relied on [redacted] recommendations and we feel that as any other businessman, he must be held accountable for his recommendations and those that worked with him.
