I am rejecting this response because:Eurocampers did not reply to my inquiries about returning this defective product until contacting them through the Revdex.com, and the return policy they provided through the Revdex.com to me was not included with the defective product they...

shipped to me, nor is it listed anywhere on their website. Their description of this product states it "may" need modification, not that it "will" like they've now stated in this reply through Revdex.com. For how specific their reply is with details of the modification needed on this product they sold under the premise that it "may" need modification on their site - and without any other details - it would seem that they're very aware of how incompatible this product is. Their advertisement and description of this product is vague at best, and more realistically very misleading. Even if they did supply a hard copy of their return policy, or allow it to be seen on their website(I've searched several times, including typing in "return policy" in their site's search, and can't find a copy of what they've now provided through Revdex.com), it seems like a serious loophole in their favor to sell a product that needs to be modified to work, only to not accept a product that's been used in any way. All said very simply is that Eurocampers was contacted via email several times about returning this item and they did not respond. This in and of itself doesn't seem like fair and honest business. If they'd have sent their privately-held return policy upon my inquiry of returning this defective product, that might open up a little bit of an argument for them, but they simply did not reply to inquiries about returning the defective product they sold me. Whether or not it "may" have needed to be modified in lieu of how Eurocamper's description was worded in their advertising, and making it obvious by their Revdex.com response that it absolutely needs modifying right down to the details of what tools and how to modify said product, is really just affirmation as to how inaccurate Eurocamper's description of this product is on their site, and how lacking their customer service is, too.
