Hello,Below is the technician’s statement regarding *** *** , *** *** ***To my knowledge, homeowner called several times stating that her refrigerator was not cooling ,after the technician has been out , and every time one of my technicians went back out to the property to recheck

*** *** *** Hi my name is *** I am a technician for Eurocare Appliance repairThe first appointment I came out to the renters property I noticed they had a slow drain in the back of the freezerI took the back wall off and cleaned their drain line and reassembled everything the unit was working fineWe received a recall and I was dispatched again this time it was a different issue the freezer had frozen over but not because the drain was clogged but the tube to the ice maker kept dripping water indicating the water valve was leakingI defrosted the freezer of the ice that had built up and turned off the water to the refrigerator to prevent further icingThe homeowner had a temp sensor in the fresh food section that read degrees the temperature was fine upon arrivalOn the 3rd visit a different technician came to the job site and replaced the water valve which stopped the drip in the freezer she had a temperature sensor in the fresh food section that read degrees again the temperature read fineTo my knowledge I don't see any reason the homeowner would lose any foodEvery time when we arrived and took a temperature reading the unit was cooling fine

HelloIn regards to complaint  id # [redacted]Mr. [redacted] got a new microwave as a result  of  Eurocare Appliances unable to complete the repairs.Our company doesn’t handle any money when it comes to insurance claims.Thank you[redacted]Eurocare Appliances

Our company went on on a work order from :Old Republic Home Buyers Protection to service a microwave for Mr. [redacted]  .Tech went out on 10/03/16 – diagnosed the failure ,parts were ordered. 10/12/16 returned to the property with parts , retested unit – found out that there is still a problem...

,additional parts were ordered .10/25/17 Appointment scheduled with Mr’ [redacted]-had to be canceled - part came in damaged – reordered.  11/04/16 – Returned to the property , replaced additional parts, unit still not working properly. At that point Mr. [redacted] was very upset and refused any  further repairs . Old Republic was contacted , explained the situation – as a result , Mr. [redacted] got a new microwave.Eurocare will not be installing a new microwave for Mr. [redacted] . Thank you[redacted]Eurocare Appliances
