Our company went on on a work order from :Old Republic Home Buyers Protection to service a microwave for Mr [redacted] .Tech went out on 10/03/– diagnosed the failure ,parts were ordered10/12/returned to the property with parts , retested unit – found out that there is still a problem ,additional parts were ordered .10/25/Appointment scheduled with Mr’ [redacted] -had to be canceled - part came in damaged – reordered 11/04/– Returned to the property , replaced additional parts, unit still not working properlyAt that point Mr [redacted] was very upset and refused any further repairs Old Republic was contacted , explained the situation – as a result , Mr [redacted] got a new microwave.Eurocare will not be installing a new microwave for Mr [redacted] Thank you [redacted] ***Eurocare Appliances
