In a few days, an error code can show up that was not there two days before thatThe car could have been driven and had the issue come up thenRegardless, Eurocare cannot be held responsible for error codes that had not shown up yet unless it did a complete tear down of the carThe only thing that we can do is look at the components and see if anything looks off and then check for diagnostic codesWe cannot be held responsible for what happens to the vehicle beyond thatWe are sorry the customer is dealing with issues after they purchased the vehicle, but we are not at fault here
We are in the process of contacting the customer to try to work out a resolutionWe will update the case once we have gotten a return call and have discussed with customer Eurocare
In concern with this vehicle, Volvo, we did pre-buyers inspection We had no present codes in the computer for diagnosis codes which we showed Mr [redacted] No fluid leaks, but we had a vibration when driving and we took Mr [redacted] and daughter for a ride than racked the vehicle for a second time and found bad tie rod ends At that time, he decided to talk to seller on the price and told me he would bring it back to fix with us for $ When he brought the vehicle back, there was a check engine light and had a vacuum leak We fixed that and the tie rod ends all above by Mr [redacted] , but when test driving vehicle there was a low speed vibration The vehicle is equipped with electronic rack and pinion that was binding and the technician recommended replacement of rack and pinionWhat is sounds like to me is before the seller sold the car he cleared codes or disconnected battery to hide the check engine light until sold as far as rack & pinion that was something no one would know prior to repair I talked to Mr [redacted] he told me his wife was going to complain and he should have gotten a better priceThe car is 100% fixed; no complaints for that I just fixed it with total communication with customer and was advised every step
