I am not asking for the replacement of the blinds or the service they provided, which was not the best I am requesting a refund for the rekey of the house There was no mention of how the key would be returned in any communication I had with this companyWhen I canceled the service, I received a response of "Ok." There was no mention in a contract or via email that the key would be returned via standard mail I cannot understand how mailing a key to the house it belongs to is a safe and standard operating procedure

I might as well go through and address this point by point:A"The team explained to the office manager that they had completed the kitchen and workers went in after them to do their job, leaving the kitchen a mess." In the kitchen "maybe" it is possible something on someone's shoe's was tracked into the kitchen but they did not clean the kitchen floors anyways so I dont see how someone working in the kitchen would make it dirtyThe kitchen cabinets has not been cleaned out, drawers had not been cleaned, floor had not been cleaned, I think the windows might have been cleaned but that was the only thing I could tell for sureBThey continued working in the bathrooms and cleaning all windowsThis is a blatant lie, there are over windows in the house and if 6-of them were cleaned I would be shockedThe windows were dirty from fingerprints, dust, spiderwebs, etcThere is no way these were cleaned periodThe bathrooms you can tell had been worked in but the quality of the work was very poor as I had to go through the same day and re-clean all the surfaces as there was still some grime and such on them in placesFurther, the floors were 100% not cleaned in any of the bathroomsC"The workers told them they would have to wait to do flooring since they were still completing their work."I spoke with everyone that was out there when the "cleaners" were out there and no one recalled being asked anything about the floorsThe workers that were out there never said anyone could not clean the floorsAgain, the workers were hanging ceiling fans that had been pre-drilled with the top of the fan rings mounted so there was not dust from drilling holes etcsince that had been completed the day before in preparation for the cleanersD"She called the customer and got his voice mail to explain what the status of the job was and that we would return the next morning to complete mostly flooring "I never received a voice-mail or call from anyone at EUROCLEANIt was not until I arrived at the site around 2:30PM and saw that they had not cleaned that I contacted themAt that point I completed the floors and the rest of the house cleaning until 4-5AM as the work had to be completed that day as explained to the people at EUROCLEAN a number of timesI explained to them a few times that we needed to have the floors completed for the following morning when the flooring team was coming out to do touch upsI have a lot of images I would like to upload as wellI cannot find a place to upload them so check out this dropboxAll of these images were taken after the "cleaners" came and cleaned the houseI was there no more than minutes after they left so they cannot blame the few people that were there for everythingEspecially since it was painters doing paint touch-ups and I am not complaining there was paint on the floors or anything like thatThe other people were hanging two ceiling fans in the living room and worse case they would have made a small mess on the floor which was not cleaned anyways so there really is no excuse for how things looked that they claimed they "cleaned"Prime example, I was specifically told the entire upstairs was cleaned since no one was working up thereThere are two bedrooms and a small bathroom upstairs and neither of the bedrooms had been vacuumed and none of the floors in the hall or bathroom had been cleanedThe only thing that might have been cleaned was the bathroom sinks and toiletBottom line this was a scam to say the leastThey came out and charged us for hours of work and literally did 1-hours of work total and I think I am being generous thereHere are some images of the house after the team left, keep in mind all images are of area's that they said they cleanedhttps://www.dropbox.com/sh/zipoe6k1xdp2nav/AAAMDDoYIWDFKxwo5Y-cL6Txa?dl= / [redacted] Style Definitions */

This was a job that was scheduled over the phone and we were not prepared for what this job entailedThe home was in a hoarding conditionThe filth and trash was from the floors to the cabinets in the kitchenMy team worked several hours cleaning this woman's home They carried out over bags of trash to the dumpsterThere was some items that were corroded with mold and grease beyond cleaningThere were items such as clothing in which she is referring to that were ruined by mold and filthThe ladies did an amazing job with what they had at handThe customer purchased trash bags that is allWe do not provide them for such a job unless the customer is paying for themSo whether or not she directly paid for them or we would have billed her for them We did offer to send a check for the items she claims we threw away but she said no that she was going to sue us / take us to courtSo we waited to here from the courts and we did notShe can settle this with us and accept the $reimbursement

The fact of this whole matter is we spent the entire hours working in the homeWe have to cover all the expenses that were incurred The home was in very bad shape due to all the construction which was still being done when we were thereFrom the time we arrived until we left they were still workingSo, you keep dulling done the fact that it was not in a ready condition to even be cleaned We did our absolute best to accommodate around themThis is an issue either with your scheduling the cleaning and then your floor repair prematurely or the fact that your construction crew was late getting the job you hired them for completedLike I said previously we understand your frustration and we would have completed the job with absolutely no problem the next morning but you had scheduled the floor repair service so that in turn forced you to finish on your ownWe are very sorry things ended up this way and I whole heartily believe that we would have held up our end of the contract had you allowed us to do so

On the initial estimate it was explained to the customer the estimate was for hrs and agreed upon that if it took longer that we could return the next day to finish We arrived at the home to find there was still being work done in the homeMy team worked for a total of hrsThe
team explained to the office manager that they had completed the kitchen and workers went in after them to do their job, leaving the kitchen a messThey continued working in the bathrooms and cleaning all windowsAround 3:a supervisor from our company went to the home to see how things were goingHe reported back to the office manager that the team had completed all work that they could , due to work still being completed all over the homeThe workers told them they would have to wait to do flooring since they were still completing their work When the team arrived back at the office they explained what still needed to be done to the office managerShe called the customer and got his voicemail to explain what the status of the job was and that we would return the next morning to complete mostly flooring. The customer emailed the owner with questions as to when we would be there to complete the workThere was some confusion as the owner was not aware of the status at that time, however it was guaranteed that we would return the very next morning to complete the workThe customer took it upon himself to complete the job because it seems there was a sense of urgency for the floors to be doneThat was never explained to our companyAs explained before the estimate was given with the knowledge that we had the next day as well to finish the job It is very unfortunate that this customer was unsatisfied with the status the job was left in ...incompleteThe customer should have let the office know it had to be done that dayAlso we were given the expectation that the house would have been complete and only left as an empty house for us to cleanThe men working on the home were still working when my team left around 4:00-4:pm. We have great reviews from all of our customers simply because we do the best quality of work we can possibly provideAlso, we pride ourselves with customer service and have been praised for this many times

As explained before it is a part of our policy to return keys by mailThe customer made the decision to have her home locks re-keyed on her ownThe cost for this does not fall of our responsibilities

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me

We simply have acknowledged the damages were done by one of our cleaning staff We purchased a refinishing product in hopes to fill in the light scratches which it did make them almost unnoticeable We have spent countless amounts of time looking for a repair that will not cost more than
the table is even worthWe will be contacting the customer to get a copy of the estimate she stated was given to her to review and find resolution

We were only notified that a blind was broken. We offered as we always do to replace the blind or have it repaired. The simple placement of the shower head was an honest mistake as we had only been to the house on this one occasion to clean. It is a part of our policy to return any customer keys by...

mail upon cancellation of the service. If the customer did not want it returned by mail she could have worked out any other arrangements and we would have been happy to do so.  We have been in business over 14 yrs and have always returned keys by mail unless told to do so differently by the customer.
