Review: I entered into a contract with Eurocraft on October **, 2012 for Eurocraft to make and deliver several pieces of furniture to me. The contract called for delivery of the furniture in 10-12 weeks. The furniture should have been delivered by January 2013. The total value of the contract is $48, 240 (split into two contracts $20, 764.50 for capital improvement and $27,475.50 for non-capital improvement work). There was a third contract for a cabinet for $800. I have given Eurocraft $20,000 as deposit. I gave them the first deposit of $12,000 on October **, 2012, at the time of signing the contract. They told me that my furniture was in production and I needed to give another deposit of $8,000 which I gave on November **, 2012. However, I have received only one cabinet under the third contract, value of which is $800. I have not received any other furniture from Eurocraft. Eurocraft has taken $19,200 ($20,000 given to them less $800 cabinet they have delivered). I have tried to contact them many times but to no avail.Desired Settlement: I need Eurocraft to refund $19,200 plus interest and compensate me for the aggravation they have caused me.
