Eurofix of LaVergne

It's very simple: EuroFix has brought the reliability I used to have with my prior auto shop...to my neighborhood I have been using their services for the last six months or so, and have been taken care of to the highest level every time They have run strategic tests on my vehicle that armed me with crucial knowledge about my car, and they have been able to accommodate me in times of inconvenience They have been professional, courteous, and outstanding in the work they have provided
If you own a Volvo in-town, and Byron is not servicing it, he needs to be He serviced my former one (a S40) for six-seven years, and now he gets to service my R-Car!! (SR) He is a wealth of Volvo (and additional) knowledge, and is as good a man as they come So glad I found him, again
Lucas at the front desk is great in the sourcing and planning of parts and getting them there quick I have only needed to leave the car overnight once and I am also thoroughly impressed with him as an individual
I highly recommend EuroFix as an outfit - but I particularly have glowing things to say about their people As a Quality Manager in the area, effective processes and genuine presentation are high on my list of things that represent a business that will repeatedly take care of its customers EuroFix has and does JUST that Go see them!

I used Autofix in June when our car had problems I was very impressed at how clean the shop was They offered us a loaner when we left our car but we did not need it They had the car all vacuumed out when we picked it up I was so impressed with our total experience I recommended this company to my sister and she too could not believe how well she was treated

I just wanted not only the public but the people at Eurofix of LaVergne to know how great I know they are. I have had such a hard time with so many of the repair companies in Smyrna and LaVergne not fixing my car but making it worse and charging me so much for this I was afraid to let anyone touch my car. But when it would not start and I had to, my sister talked me into using Eurofix. Being a woman with no one but my sister and a person over 60 I was scared. They not only worked on my car but they put me in a loaner while they did as I had no transportation. They put a starter on my car but it did not fix the problem. I had the car towed back to them but everything told them it was the battery and as this was a new battery I did not think so. When I was taking my car back to the place where I bought the battery my car broke down when I called the manager at Eurofix and explained what happened he not only sent someone to get me but he came himself. I told them to change out the battery at their place but when they were checking everything out they found my problem that was there all along and ordered the new part and fixed it and it was Christmas Eve. They not only fixed it but would not let me pay for it as I had already paid for the starter and they guarantee their work. I would recommend them to anyone. If you have had a bad time any where else just call Lucas at Eurofix in LaVergne or some say Autofix. You will not be disappointed in them. I promise.
