After discussing the situation at hand with my associate, we have come to the conclusion there was definitely a communication errorOur return policy is days from the date of purchase if we get the product returned without damageThe customer didn’t return the part and did not attempt to contact us back nor did she return our callsWe specialize and provide used quality [redacted] parts to repair shops and the general publicThe industry provides a very intricate interchange software which provides part fits for certain makes and modelsWith the specific VIN number provided by the customer this lower intake manifold will fit the engineMy associate has asked the customer to return to part for a refund but buyer pays for shipping to only be fairThe part being discussed is a popular item and I would love to put it back in my inventory for customer that really needs itAfter a week of non-responsiveness from the buyer we moved the matter asideWe are still willing to provide a full refund when we receive our part back.Best Regards***

I am rejecting this response because:We can only refund the purchased price, which we have done soThe item was first viewed on eBay and called to orderVisibly looking at the item is not enough to determine fitment, the part number was present after customer received the part and we registered that it wont fitThe option of a replacement was introducedWe have tried to contact the consumerHis request to refund him on labor costs is not part of our agreement nor do we have control over who his choice of mechanic wasOur outstanding standards and reviews can be viewed on eBay.This tatement from the supplier is wrong:I never received any refund on my VISA credit card.The part delivered is not the one ordered from the OEM manufacturer numberWhen Karl was called, December 08-09, he commented that sometimes their auto dismantler is badly tagging parts and acknowled the error, requesting I throw away the part, which I didn'tWas suppose to send a refund that takes 7-business days to process on their end, which never happened.I still have the used part and it does not fit my Porsche Cayenne S and is not the OEM ordered part number.They never responded to my follcall or emails trying to evade their responsibility

I am rejecting this response because:The proposed action, a credit note is worthless to me, and the supplier (Euroline) did not fulfill is refund obligation on time afer saying so over the phone early December I call it a fraud, periodPaid for a product, received the wrong part and when confronted to reality Euroline just dunk their business head in the sandEven suggested I could throw away part cause their was no point in paying for the return shipping cost of a badly identified product on their part.Still have part in my possession as proof and don't need anything anymore from Euroline except for my refunded moneyIf Euroline waht it back for refund, they will have to provide shipping label.Since I was already cheated with their initial promises, have little confidence in ever seeing a penny of of this.My phone number is and always was ***Even that, they can't get it right!***
