Review: Hello, My compaint is about the Mecanic [redacted] who works in Euromax under the owner name business [redacted]they brought my car to the store on October 25th 2013 because of the white smoke caming from the exhaust pipe to repare it, and since that day till right now (Decembre 23) the problem is not resolved yet, the mecanic told me on the first time that I have the filter problem, and I say is new I just change it, and than the pompe problem, and I did bring it, than he say no the injectors problem, and I did bring them, after that he say to me that I have to bring new injectors again with the price of 600 dollars + adjust timing belt 250 dollars + labor 467 dollars + towing 70 dollars + test the fuel pump removed 85 dollars, I told him that i'm agree about every thing except the timing belt and injectors because he is the one who loose them, and I bring him the new injectors again, even it cost me to much, so what the owner [redacted] say, that this mecanic he isn't responsible, and has another job as [redacted] truck driver over the road, he came rarely to the mecanic shop, whenever I go to see him I found him absent and when I call him no answer,( more than 60 call ) and when he answer me on text message he want me to take my car out,if no he gonna take it to the junk, on the second time that I saw him he told me take your car and don't talk to me, he start insulting me and talking to me loudly and agressive, so when I check my care to take it from the shop, I found missing parts of my car no injectors no pump, no dipstick,( he stole them ) and screws open wires open some of them missing or not tight, and than I call the police to came to see, and I did get pictures, after the plice officer lesten from him and from me he told me that the mecanic say I can take my car they don't gonna charge me any thing and when I bring the towing to take it out, he say no I have to pay 300 dollars I still don't now for what ???!!!! that's not good customer service,with no responsability, so please I need your help to let me know the next step that I have do with him. thanks for your time.I appreciateDesired Settlement: I want him to fix the problem of my car, and return the part missing pump, injectors and dipstick, or to take him to the court.
