wanted to change an order that I made and the experience I had in doing so was smooth and seamless. the gentlemen I spoke with was down to earth professional and courtesy. based on this experience I will be returning to euro optics solely for this reason. doesn't hurt that their prices are very competitive with a nice inventory to complement everything overall. thank you and God bless.

I've shopped in they're store numerous times since they've opened. The staff is friendly and for the most-part, sufficiently knowledgeable. Although I must recommend caution. If your running a busy schedule than this is definitely not a stop for you! They're sales system may be "state of the art ", but it does not work! They are more often than not - understaffed and the time the sales people have to spend on the computer for product research is ridiculous! To add to that... To actually see the product your interested in, you have to wait a minimum of 10 - 15 minutes while someone brings it from some mysterious storage depot, and that is often the wrong one. Bottom-line, they're system could use a complete overhaul! If your stopping for something as simple as scope-caps, better give yourself an hour or so!
