Ny name is Nikki N*** I'm a manager of Europe Nail On 3/20/Sunday, Ms*** *** took her niece to my salon and get a gel manicureI did said and promised the polish will stay on for week or weeks, but things happen, color was chipping by next day or next couple dayI

Review: I went to Europe nails to have a gel manicure. I walked in and I asked for a brochure, which they did not provide. A woman referred me to the board hanging on the wall. She began to paint my nails and finished in less than a half hour. She never gave me her name or a business card. I paid with my debit card, but forgot to tell her to add the tip. I asked if she could add it, and instead of re-ringing me, she proceeded to take out a mini iPhone accessory that she claimed allowed her to swipe my card for a tip on her personal phone. She tried a few times, and I told her to stop and I would go get cash. After I brought back the tip money, I began really inspecting my nails on the way to the car. The heart design I asked her to draw looked like a 5-year-old drew it, and on top of that my nails themselves were crooked and different lengths. I went back and asked her to fix them and take off the design. She was very irritated and and extremely unprofessional. She told me that my nails were already uneven when I came in, and the design I asked her to put on my nails was what I asked for. She tried to fix them, but made it worse. My nails are still very crooked and uneven. I am very disappointed because I spend $40 for a gel manicure and it was not one of any quality. I could, and have in the past, done a better job myself. I should not have to go home and fix my nails after I have paid to have them done. I also couldn't tell if she was licensed or not, because she did not provide me with her name.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund, not store credit, for the poor quality of the manicure and poor service provided.
