[redacted] did not provide EAC complete and accurate information required for an international adoption.  On February 20, 2016, we offered [redacted] the opportunity to voluntarily withdraw from EAC and our China Adoption program.  As a sign of good faith, we offered to refund all agency...

fees paid, including those considered non-refundable by the contract which she signed. [redacted] refuses to speak with anyone at EAC.  We have turned her file over to our attorney.

This is in response to [redacted]'s 3/4/16 complaint.On February 29, 2016, EAC received a certified mailing from Ms. [redacted] which contained her signed/notarized Settlement & Release Agreement.  On February 29, 2016, a check request was initiated granting, in good faith, a complete refund to Ms. [redacted].  The check was written on February 29, 2016 and mailed the following morning, March 1, 2016.EAC has fulfilled the terms of the Settlement & Release Agreement.
