cooling system  & halo bulb repair. He called several times before dropping his vehicle off on 1/3/17 questioning what needs repaired on the cooling system. I told him several times we would need to see the vehicle. So on 1/3/17 he dropped the vehicle off, we checked cooling system & called him at 11:15 A.M. for the cost of cooling system repair & halo bulb. We told him there would be no labor for bulb replacement due the fact the cooling system repair would allow ease of bulb replacement. The bub gets replaced from the back inside the fender well. At NO TIME did we have to remove the front lens to do the repair. I called the local deal & found out that on 5/31/13 the customer brought his vehicle for left halo bulb replacement. The next day he returned & said"now the left headlight has condensation inside & adaptive light failure is on " They repaired it at no cost. This condensation is a common failure with this vehicle. If you would like to google this they are many complaints about front lens seal issues. He returned his vehicle the next day & complained about condensation. It had not rained days before this complaint. We did see condensation in the right side & a small amount in the left side. We showed him other [redacted] vehicles in the parking lot to have the same problem. He started raising his voice in my parking lot (customers wondered why his was being like that), so we brought the vehicle inside the service bay, he was saying "your technician caused this problem" my technician told him we only replaced halo bulb from the rear & did not damage his light. If he would have been calm, we would have tested it but he was not listening at all. We would be happy to check into what is the cause of water getting inside light if the customer would be [redacted] [redacted] us to do our job.
