I left a message with someone at the [redacted] number last week and left voice mail messages today (Wednesday 10/07/2015) at that same number and at [redacted] . I... regret the problems that the [redacted] have had and look forward to solving this matter to their complete satisfaction. Received an email from business stating: "RE: ID # [redacted] - This is to let you know that my company, European Auto Specialists, Ltd issued a check (#***) on Wednesday 10/14/2015 for $781.33 covering all the a/c repairs we performed on [redacted] 2003 Jaguar S-Type. [redacted] picked up the check on the evening of Wednesday 10/14/2015 and it cleared my bank on Friday 10/16/2015. [redacted] assured me that he would contact your office and let you know that this matter has been settled."
