This is in regards to the complaint filed on 8.17.2017 from [redacted] at [redacted]. Aqua Blue Pool Services was not notified of any problems related to the salt cell having any issues while taking care of the pool for Mr. [redacted]. Once the property was sold to Mr. [redacted] we were not...

able to confront any issues, as we have no documentation of any problems with the Polaris or salt cell in our files.  All we have on file is that the property/pool was sold and we continued service for the month of June only and the customer was billed for that month only. I, [redacted] have spoken with Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted], the previous two home owners and neither one of them or us as a company taking care of the pool have replaced the T-15 salt cell in question. There is a serial number on the cell and Leslie's may not have looked at this as they were trying to sell you a new cell. Salt cells have a lifetime of 3-5 years and in Texas the water temperature is higher causing the cells to work longer. We started service on the pool on 3.21.2011. Both of the previous home owners said that they or us have not replaced the salt cell ever.  As far as the Polaris not working and or missing parts we would need to look at it further and determine what is needed, I'm not sure what insulation you are talking about, as there are hose floats on the line but not on the Polaris itself. I would need pictures and it has been well over a month since we were there.  Again for the last 6 1/2 years the pool has been maintained and is in great condition, also your baseline pressure is at 16 psi and needs to back washed at 24 psi.
