Review: Took a VW Beettle to European Car Service for diagnose, called the business several times regarding the problem with the vehicle and if they were able to diagnose. Was told we are working to find out, asked how much it was going to cost a number of times, was told don't worry, we are working on finding the problem. I get a call stating that the vehicle was repaired without any authorization or even an estimate of any kind. I would either pay the $465.00 dollars or can't get the car.

I paid it, that is when we were asked to sign the estimate and the invoice, we refused and have stopped payment on the check.Desired Settlement: What should have been agreed on not what they charged and expect to pay it.
