coil was dirty witch is a maintenance issue and choices does not cover to clean the coil we charged $to customer and she agreed and she paid her copay of $makes a total of $ shes paid with credit card we recommend to replace unit to a properly size unit and higher efficiency model .called a few days later and said unit still isnt working.2nd visit 7-4-(holiday we did not charge extra )found a little bit low on freon 1-1/pounds of R-and found a piece of tape came off the elbow that attaches to unit we sealed so air would not escape Side Note choices requires a leak search for low freon jobs that would have been an additional $on up .we regret that the customer is not happy with the charges and we try are best to make are customer happy

I want a full refund of all services. AC by Roberts knowingly preformed work that wouldn't fix my AC and I paid out of pocket. After the 2 times they serviced my AC, it still wasn't working. I ended up going with another company and they fixed it.
