Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The company's stance has many points, outlined below in numbers 1- My truthful responses to their information are in abulletpoints below each number We offered this customer a full refund in lieu of a free limousine ride of $to/from destination of their choiceThey declined.a They did not offer us a full refund They offered us a free limo ride the day after they stranded us in Chicago; we let them know we will never be using their services again and I said I would like my money back from the first ride that we paid for, $135+$tip Tom said he WOULD refund us that money, yet when he dropped off the coat he did not First of all they requested from us immediate payment of $which we declineda We did not demand immediate payment, we did not demand $from them We asked them to pay for our [redacted] ride that they were forcing us into, and that THEY suggested, because at the time of surge pricing, [redacted] rides from Chicago to Coal City cost exactly $for a vehicle to fit people Our driver was handling the situation in most professional way, apologized multiple times and offered alternative way of transportationa The driver hung up on me at least times The driver did not notify us of “car trouble” until the exact time he was supposed to make the pickup The driver NEVER called us back with a solution to leaving us stranded at the [redacted] Our driver never blocked their phone number and always answered his phone.a I called the driver at 9:am on 2/and I got a message from his phone implying my number was blocked from his phone I called using my house phone and got through to him immediately This customer left a jacket in our car that broke down and our driver made next a mile trip each way for free to bring their items to their house.a The driver of the limo told us we could leave ALL personal belongings in his limo before we got dropped off at the event He also promised to bring the coat back to us I would HOPE that the driver would return the $brand new winter coat for free .why wouldn’t he? Otherwise he’d be stealing it?! It was in his limo in his possession, it is his responsibility to get it back to us Over there apologized again and offered again a free rideThey declined again.a The driver was supposed to return our $at this point and did not He also apologized once for his partner, the owner of the company Maria [redacted] , rude behavior toward me on the phone the night before, obviously knowing it was wrong of her We again informed the driver we would never be using their services again, thus declining the free ride, and were waiting on the refund Tom said he'd give us Last to mention this customer was being rude all the timea I was never rude to these people I did demand that they figure this situation out for us and ASAP because it was their fault and responsibility that my family and I were stranded in Chicago on a Wednesday night, as they were not offering any viable solutions, hanging up on me, and telling me to figure it out they started to encourage their friends and [redacted] contacts to give us negative feedback not to mention that these people were never our customers.a I left a review on the company’s [redacted] page, and I shared my review and experience on my personal [redacted] page I never encouraged anyone else to leave reviews on this company’s page I don’t know who did, and I only know of my own I left Looks like they were just after easy money and to use the moment of situation to get from us $or more.a I never wanted or requested $ I requested my money back, Maria’s partner and the driver that night Tom stated on the phone to me on 2/he’d refund us, and they never have Sincerely, Kate [redacted]

Like every other similar story even this one has two sidesWe gave this customer a limousine ride from Coal City, IL to the [redacted] , Chicago, IL with intention to pick them up after few hours (after the event) and take them homeFirst part of the trip went without problems, we dropped them off at their destination and they paid for the first tripWe never charge for any waiting time or hourly fee while the car is not in serviceLike min before the second pickup (return home) our driver realized mechanical problems with the car and determined that this vehicle is unsafe to drive and needs to be taken to the shop for repairsHe immedately let the customer know about the issueWe offered this customer a full refund in lieu of a free limousine ride of $to/from destination of their choiceThey declinedFirst of all they requested from us immediate payment of $which we declinedOur driver was handling the situation in most professional way, apologized multiple times and offered alternative way of transportationAt that time while our vehicle was down due to mechanical failure and was unsafe to operateIn such cases we never take a chance because safety of our customers, drivers and customers are priority number one! However they requested immediate transportation which was impossible to find at pm on a busy Chicago nightAll our other vehicles were engaged in other rides already and so were our partners - we just could not find anybody to give them a ride home in such short period of timeOur driver never blocked their phone number and always answered his phone (unless he was on the phone with the tow truck company to rescue the vehicle stranded on the road)This customer left a jacket in our car that broke down and our driver made next a mile trip each way for free to bring their items to their houseOver there apologized again and offered again a free rideThey declined againLast to mention this customer was being rude all the time and more than that they started to encourage their friends and [redacted] contacts to give us negative feedback not to mention that these people were never our customersLooks like they were just after easy money and to use the moment of situation to get from us $or moreWe already consulted our lawyer to press charges against this customer for hurting our businessThank You! euclasslimo.com 815- [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The company's stance has many false points, outlined below in numbers 1-9.  My truthful responses to their false information are in a. bulletpoints below each number.1.    We offered this customer a full refund in lieu of a free limousine ride of $160 to/from destination of their choice. They declined.a.       They did not offer us a full refund.  They offered us a free limo ride the day after they stranded us in Chicago; we let them know we will never be using their services again and I said I would like my money back from the first ride that we paid for, $135+$25 tip.  Tom said he WOULD refund us that money, yet when he dropped off the coat he did not.2.    First of all they requested from us immediate payment of $400 which we declineda.       We did not demand immediate payment, we did not demand $400 from them.  We asked them to pay for our [redacted] ride that they were forcing us into, and that THEY suggested, because at the time of surge pricing, [redacted] rides from Chicago to Coal City cost exactly $411 for a vehicle to fit 5 people.3.    Our driver was handling the situation in most professional way, apologized multiple times and offered alternative way of transportationa.       The driver hung up on me at least 3 times.  The driver did not notify us of “car trouble” until the exact time he was supposed to make the pickup.  The driver NEVER called us back with a solution to leaving us stranded at the [redacted].4.    Our driver never blocked their phone number and always answered his phone.a.       I called the driver at 9:45 am on 2/22 and I got a message from his phone implying my number was blocked from his phone.  I called using my house phone and got through to him immediately.5.    This customer left a jacket in our car that broke down and our driver made next a 20 mile trip each way for free to bring their items to their house.a.       The driver of the limo told us we could leave ALL personal belongings in his limo before we got dropped off at the event.  He also promised to bring the coat back to us.  I would HOPE that the driver would return the $125 brand new winter coat for free….why wouldn’t he?  Otherwise he’d be stealing it?!  It was in his limo in his possession, it is his responsibility to get it back to us.6.    Over there apologized again and offered again a free ride.
