Review: European Granite & Design installed my granite countertops about 6 months ago and did what I thought was an awesome job. Now that the installed counter tops has had time to settle a corner of my granite counter has cracked, and has almost completely separated from the main counter top. I returned to the own/installer with this issue at hand, at first he told me to write my name and address down a piece of paper and he would call me back. A week went buy and no response, then I stopped in and asked about setting up an appointment, he told me to call him the following Saturday. The following Saturday came I phoned him around noon he said he was waiting on a customer then he would be over to to inspect the counter top. I waited till 6:00 pm and no phone call or visit,I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he had a lot going on.A week or so went by still no phone call, so I stop by his shop again he told me he was busy and he would call me, still no response. Then for the Next 3 weeks or so I would stop by his shop once a week, and he always had an excuse for me, and avoided setting up any appointments with me. About a 3 months has gone by and I'm still left with the same questions from the night my Granite counter top cracked. Can this be repaired, or do I need to replace it, and How much is it going to cost me? Bottom line is I spent a lot of money to get a certain look and feel to my remodeled condo now that he has gotten paid in full he has moved on to the next job site completely disregarding any issues I have about the product or the install. All I was looking for was a quote on the repairs or if the counter tops needed to be completely replaced I would of emailed him pictures or made an appointment to fit his schedule. Bottom line just case he under cuts his competitors and offers a free sink dose not mean your getting a great deal!Desired Settlement: I would like answers about my counter top, can it be fixed or do I need to replace it and how much is it going to cost? On the receipt states fabrication and installation are under life time guarantee
