I would like to apologize on behalf of everyone at European Motor Car Works that you recent visit was less than satisfactory. 
I understand your concern in regards to the energy spike.  I contacted Tesla regarding the spike and they...

have informed me that the spike does not always mean that the vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed. The spike can be caused by low mileage with long idle time.  For instance, if the vehicle is idle but running it is consuming energy.  This consumption of energy in relation to your normal driving will consume the same amount of energy within a shorter span causing the graph to spike.  If you’d like more information regarding the energy spikes or information about how to read the Energy App, please let me know and I will have Tesla contact you directly.  I have confirmed that your vehicle came in with 26,012 miles and left with 26,013 miles. I have attached pictures for your reference. I assure you that we did not take your vehicle for a joyride. 
The mirror cover does not require hardware to install.  It has tabs that clip into the mirror housing.  We replaced your mirror housing on June 24th and re-installed your original mirror cover.  The mirror cover was intact at that time. 
I trust that we have fulfilled your request of resolution as the housing has been replaced.
