Response taken by phone: The car was done about a year ago After driving it all winter he now has a spot on the bottom rocker below the door I will call the insurance company to see if there is a warranty If it is under warranty and it is our fault I will stand
behind the workIf not there is nothing we can do

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have attached photos of the vehicle and it is not just a spot it is 61/2 feet long. I have been trying to contact him regarding this matter and he wont pick up or return a call and when I call from another number he answers and once he hears my voice he hangs up on me. This is faulty work and he was paid by my insurance company.  I informed Bill 6 months after the work was done  that the paint was starting to bubble and crack and  Bill looked at the rocker panel and said it would be taken care of because it wasn't right and since then I have been trying to have Bill fix the problem with no success. He can either fix the problem or send me a check for $650.00  to fix the vehicle which this is the estimate that I have.Regards,[redacted]
