This place is AWFULStay away from itMy auto insurer said this was one of my options as they "guarantee" their work for as long as I have my carWell the problem is these people are overbooked and get business both from insurers and the local BMW around the cornerMy SUV went in and it went from a two week estimate to get it back to weeks and every time I call they promise me a few more daysI'm wondering if they even still have my vehicle anymorePoor customer serviceThe girl that answers the phone talks so fast you can barely tell she is speaking EnglishThen when you sit in there and listen to her jabbering away about all types of "personal" business you just roll your eyesNo professionalismEach adjuster seems to have a system as to how they are assigned vehicles and I got a guy called ***He started out nice but as the weeks have dragged on I no longer trust a word coming out of his mouthEverything he tells me is a lieI believe if my insurer had not sent them the check for the work on my vehicle before my SUV was put in then maybe they would have worked harder to get it back to meThe lies, the delays, the misinformation is not worth the headacheSAVE YOURSELF the hassell and pick somewhere elseYou will thank me and you will have your vehicle back in a timely fashionI've been put on hold where the phone rings times and I hang up and call back and they put me into Brians voicemail and promise he will call me back shortly.....no call.And, I still have no clue where my vehicle is!
