My VW camper broke down :(
This VW-Audi shop not only helped us when the dealer turned us away, but fixed issues we couldn't rectify for the last 3 years at every other VW shop across the United States. He did this like it was no big deal and spent more time explaining the wire diagram to me. I made the mistake of saying I couldn't fix it myself asking a couple questions. This guy taught me how to read it on the spot, & how to do tests.
He insisted, and I have to say I learned more about this van than I knew from the time I bought it new!
We were referred to this shop by Ross-Tech, the developers of VAG-COM.
This tool we can say has been so invaluable and the support is amazing.
Dam VR6 coil packs. This guy added a ground and said it won't happen now.
This guy Jack is a little rough around the edges at first to speak with.
I read online he was robbed in 2005 when searching, so I kind of understand why.
You have to get to know this man if you own a VW in the Montgomery NY area.
He has some crazy rules for by appointment access......worth it I think.
