I believe that this Pillow should carry a warranty like many other manufacturers have on their similar products and would like to file this complaint and pursue this complaint with the manufacturer not with the retailer as it is not their responsibility to fulfill any sort of warranty terms
Since you are the only person that I know has contact with the manufacture and a relationship directly with the manufacture I would appreciate it if you would supply their information so I can pursue this further

I appreciate that you are unhappy with the feel of the year old(?) pillowHowever, we do not represent, or guarantee a lifespan on the pillowIn general we let customers know that they last about years (but this varies from customer to customer)We are very clear about what we consider to be the life of a pillow and are pretty skeptical about most industry claimsWe use the highest quality materials, relative to durability, that are still eco-certified, and comfortableWith the amount of use a pillow gets, and the tendency to only use one, along with the range in sensitivity to loss of height from one person to the next, some sleepers may only get a year and a half, and some may get more than fiveThis also depends on the sleep positions, sleep temperature, and weight of the sleeperIf you have a complaint with the OPillow, please bring it to the attention of the store where you purchased itIf they made a longer claim about durability, please bring that to their attention as well
Once again, I understand that you are dissatisfied, but feel that we have operated in an ethical manner, relative to our design, manufacture, marketing and retailer support

*** began with you design that you are even a representative of the manufacture of the pillowNow you're claiming that you are the manufacturer as you want me to go to the retailer to discuss length of durability of the pillow and I was quoted by your store representative by email that the durability was two to three years
I understand that you feel even reputable during this process however misrepresenting yourself as merely a retailer then say that you are the manufacturer but I have to deal with the retailer and further denies that you have any culpability Internet is not reputable is not okay
Further it is not okay for you to sell and manufacture a product on the market without warranty when competitors do
I find that you have been deceptive in your business practices and dealing with this claim and I want a resolution
