I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
This is an absolute lie! I have not --in past plus years ever been advised of their so-called "policy" and I am sure that if you checked their lobby now,their "policy" would be posted THEIR RESOLUTION is unacceptable to me in that it REQUIRES that I use their services or their products If they were such a reputable firm, I would think they would be ready to refund me the money and let the option be mine as to whether I would deem their people acceptable It appears to me that they are in business by a less that honorable means by not fully disclosing their policies and rely on a POSTING IN THE LOBBY as their means of understanding I am not the only customer that disputes this, nor am I the only customer whose opinion is one of high pressure sales without full disclosure

We are sorry to hear of *** *** complaint and experience at our Goodyear, Arizona locationThe company’s day cancellation policy is clearly posted in the lobby of the center and printed on every receipt which refers our customers to view the entire policy on our website
Accordingly, based on Ms*** timeline she was unhappy with the service and had time to cancel with in the policy We understand Ms*** frustration and we are willing to assist her however we canWe wish to resolve this matter to the satisfaction of both partiesWe are committed to the satisfaction of our customers and clearly we did not satisfy her therefore, in an effort to reach a mutually acceptable resolution, we are willing to refund Ms*** serviceAccordingly, we consider this complaint resolved to the satisfaction of both parties that the complaint be closed

As [redacted] states, she has been a customer at our [redacted] location for 2 years. She has made several purchases over that time many of which are exactly like the purchase she is referring to. The company’s cancellation policy is clearly posted in the lobby of the center...

and printed on every receipt which refers our customers to view the entire policy on our website (see attached documents.) Accordingly, I am unsure of how [redacted] [redacted] thinks we misrepresented this information as she states in her complaint.  We understand [redacted] frustration and we are willing to assist her however we can. We have 3 options for her, as we have discussed with her directly, she can use the service she purchased at any location nationwide and with any wax specialist or she can use the store credit to purchase gift cards or products. We wish to resolve this matter to the satisfaction of both parties. We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers and clearly we did not satisfy her at first but have given her options in order to resolve the issue. Accordingly, we consider this complaint resolved to the satisfaction of both parties and respectfully request that the complaint be closed.
