There is no way to bypass seeing these T&C's for there is a check box the customer needs to click to agree to them. The customer has to do this TWICE before checking out. Many other websites operate this way as well, such as Netflix, Hulu, Onstar, and many different credit score websites. Although it is not our responsibility to make sure a customer fully understands the T&C's, I have refunded the $77.84 back to the customer. It should hit her bank account in 2-3 days. If the customer has any unopened product she is able to mail back to us, our returns address is: Proship 600 Corporation Drive Pendleton, IN 46064 Considering the situation and how upset the customer is, I will be refunding the last three charges back to the customer today and she may keep any remaining product she has left.
