They installed the bathroom tiles on the floor and the granite slabs on the walls of our shower. The tiles on the floor have uneven grout joints and the cuts along the shower walls are uneven. One piece of granite on the wall that goes from the floor to the ceiling is a ½ inch to small on one side, leaving a hideous triangular gap at the top. Also there is a massive chip right on the face of the window granite. They said they were finished on Friday, so on Sunday I had to spend 3 hours clean it all, they were dirty with big patches of a kind of hard glue all over granite slabs and the tile floor. The payment they requested was ½ the cost before starting the work, they then took 90% of the total cost out of my c/c unlawfully, without my permission and without bothering to ring and ask, when I called to confront them about it they said "All the granite is done" even though the granite for the vanity was not installed and the window was not done to the plans because a granite slab was incorrectly cut.. They did return the c/c but stopped working. We talked them into coming back for 1/2 the remaining sum. Instead they took the full remaining payment, unlawfully, without permission and without coming to complete the work. It was agreed that the job would take two weeks to complete. It took them two months to complete. They need to have a project manager. Someone that we can call who will come out, inspect the quality of work and insure that it is a quality job preformed.
