did not finish- took our money- used wrong
products we are in our eighties put us under
a lot of stress for years still a lot of
lose ends
working on job for years took our money never
came back wrong door on cabinet lazy susan left
lazy susan out cabinets hung wrong big gap at top
left shelves out did not set appliances stove
dishwasher microwave did not put right color sinks
did not complete the granite corner cabinet was
not installed no handles on cabinets drove all the
way from Mich.to meet with David he did not meet
with us we stayed in the condo for a week hoping
to meet with David but could not stay any longer as we had no sinks and no appliances it was a complete
mess We were dealing with all this and also with the unexpected death of our son We had to
hire another contractor to finish the work which was additional $
damaged home installing new kitchen,
Breach of contract issues,
unethical practices
did not reimburse labor, materials to repair damages
Damaged new wood floor that they insisted be installed before cabinets DId not cover floor as promised resulting in scratches, dentsThen their electrician put a hole in the dishwasher drain hose, dishwasher leaked and caused further floor damagePut indentations from front hall to kitchen moving refrigerator Have paid for the new wood but refused to pay cost of labor
Did not complete in "timely manner" as specified in contractContract signed in Oct 2016, work started Dec finally completed by others 12/
Drawers in contract not delivered Never got soft close garbage drawer A lot of damage done in instal of drawer hardwareOrder for drawers with finish issues was never placed Contract states cabinets warrantied for yrs
Contract says remove debris and leave clean etc Huge mound of construction materials
