Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/06/09) */ For Mother's Day 2016 we offered 3 Spa Packages that focused on areas of the face, body, and nails. [redacted] purchased 2 Nail Spa Packages and received 1 free Massage Spa Package valued at $814 with purchase. Each package includes several... coupons for specific services that are listed on the front of the coupon with a short description of the treatment on the back of the coupon. The "Body Treatment Assessment Massage & Consultation" was never represented as a Massage Treatment on any of our marketing materials online or in our locations. This complimentary coupon that was included in each of our spa packages, is intended to give our customers an opportunity to discover a customized program of professional body treatments that address detoxifying the body, reducing cellulite, tightening, tonight, and hydrating the skin. This coupon had a $0 dollar value and was not part of the overall cost of the Spa Package. Therefore, there is no dollar amount to refund for this complimentary service. Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2016/06/11) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) When purchasing coupons/certificates that are marketed as "Body Treatment Assessment Massage & Consultation" and the description specifically says "light massage manipulation", that is what I would expect. I am not sure how they get a $0 dollar amount or how they determine which coupons are worth money or not when money was paid for the package as a whole. I believe this is false advertising and they need to make good on what they market and not make adjustments to their coupons once they are purchased. Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2016/06/16) */ We would be happy to provide another Body Treatment Assessment Massage & Consultation to [redacted] . During the Assessment Massage & Consultation there should be "light massage manipulation" to help determine which body treatments would be best suited to obtain the client's desired results. This treatment was never presented as a massage treatment, which was made clear by both the name and description on the coupon. As mentioned, we would be happy to provide another Body Treatment Assessment Massage & Consultation. However, we will be unable to provide [redacted] with a massage treatment because the coupon is for an "Assessment Massage & Consultation", which includes "light manipulation". Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (2000, 11, 2016/06/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I see that there was my misinterpretation of a "light massage" as being looking someone over and making suggestions. I will know better next time not to by any of their packages. Thank you BBB for your efforts.

employee let her know that there was a termination fee, however, if she completed more than half of her agreement term, that fee would be reduced. [redacted] let the employee know that she would be in to sign up during her next scheduled shift.
During the enrollment process, [redacted] signed our membership agreement which included the Relocation Policy.
In the signed membership agreement, our Relocation Policy states: "If Member permanently moves further than 50 miles from any EuroPro facility, or a physician certifies that Member is physically unable to receive membership services, Member may cancel the membership. Member must submit documentation verifying the relocation or physical disability. EuroPro reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $100.00, or if less than half of the membership term remains, a cancellation fee of $50.00. Member will be responsible at the time of giving notice of cancellation for payment of the value of any signing bonus (es) given to Member at the time of entering into this Agreement, as well as all outstanding fees and charges."
Since the sign on bonus was not redeemed by [redacted], we can reduce the Relocation Fee to $100.
The Relocation Policy was discussed prior to [redacted] rejoining the membership in a text conversation between herself and one of our store employees and in the membership agreement that she signed.
Therefore, we can not waive the relocation fee of $100.00
Please understand that we have the responsibility to be equitable to all of our members.

I believe that after being a member on and off for more than 20 deserves some respect and consideration. This organization has shown how little they value their clients

As mentioned before, prior to rejoining the membership, [redacted] reached out to one of our employees via text message.
In her correspondence with the employee, [redacted] asked if there would be an early termination fee if she moved prior to completing the minimum enrollment period. The employee let her know there would be a fee, however, if she completed more than half of her membership term, the fee would be reduced. [redacted] then asked the employee when her next shift was so she could sign up with her.
During the enrollment process, [redacted] signed our membership agreement that included the Relocation Policy.
