We did not receive a membership cancellation notice from [redacted], so we are unable to process a refund.

While automatic payments are convenient, they are also a commitment with carefully monitored regulations. We ask every client to abide by our 30-Day Written Cancellation Policy, therefore, we have an obligation to be equitable with all our clients in similar situations.

This was part of our complaint, in the "Cancellation" clause, it refers to "address, facsimile or email listed below". There is no information listed below, and when my wife tried to get information at the tanning salon, she was told she had to go online. So, she had to search to find the website, then search for the email address. Which they just deny receiving the email. The whole system is set up to make it difficult to cancel a membership.

If they can provide proof of cancellation then we would be more than happy to work with them. Otherwise, our original policy applies.
