We purchased this product last year and almost immediately the on/off switch stopped working. I have called numerous times to get help, but no one has ever called me back. I am very sorry I bought this machine and wish I hadn't.

A bought a Euro Body Shaper last year at a home show, I researched many before buying since it was a large sum of money. What I learned is that most are not very good and the market is flooded with cheap copies. As a matter of fact, there was even a copy of the machine I bought at the same show, not sure how this is legal but buyer beware. My Euro Body Shaper was far superior and the support I received from the company was top-notch. Love my machine!

I went to a trade show and seen the euro shine body shaper. The woman at the show gave me a demo I quite liked it and so I purchased it. She told me it would take two weeks for me to get it through UPS. Two weeks later still no machine. I called euro shine and they told me two to six weeks. I was upset but understood that it was not their fault that whomever sold me the equipment had lied. I was told that they would find out when my item was to be shipped and they would call me back with the tracking number. A week later no one called me back so I called to check in. I got the same response. In Four more days it will be two months since I bought the machine. I am frustrated because nobody returns my calls or sends me emails when they say they will. I spent a lot of money on this machine and the lady on the phone today was very ignorant to me. I did not raise my voice to her but I told her I was upset and I wanted my money back. She started saying that she had nothing to do with that she was only customer service and that the manager would need to make that decision. Are you kidding me? You have nothing to do with that? That's what customer service is! She cut me off several times and wouldn't let me finish. She was the one that was raising her voice. This is not a people person and this is somebody who should not be behind a customer service desk. She was telling me how the manager or owner had to go to Canada because there was problems with employees and giving me this long story. That's their business I don't need to know that. That's not professional and not well-managed. I just want a refund because if I'm dealing with this now, who knows what I'll be dealing with later if something happens to the machine. It's not worth the stress. Sigh, I wonder what tactics they are going to use to try to prevent a refund!!
