I went to a trade show and seen the euro shine body shaperThe woman at the show gave me a demo I quite liked it and so I purchased itShe told me it would take two weeks for me to get it through UPSTwo weeks later still no machineI called euro shine and they told me two to six weeksI was upset but understood that it was not their fault that whomever sold me the equipment had liedI was told that they would find out when my item was to be shipped and they would call me back with the tracking numberA week later no one called me back so I called to check inI got the same responseIn Four more days it will be two months since I bought the machineI am frustrated because nobody returns my calls or sends me emails when they say they willI spent a lot of money on this machine and the lady on the phone today was very ignorant to meI did not raise my voice to her but I told her I was upset and I wanted my money backShe started saying that she had nothing to do with that she was only customer service and that the manager would need to make that decisionAre you kidding me? You have nothing to do with that? That's what customer service is! She cut me off several times and wouldn't let me finishShe was the one that was raising her voiceThis is not a people person and this is somebody who should not be behind a customer service deskShe was telling me how the manager or owner had to go to Canada because there was problems with employees and giving me this long storyThat's their business I don't need to know thatThat's not professional and not well-managedI just want a refund because if I'm dealing with this now, who knows what I'll be dealing with later if something happens to the machineIt's not worth the stressSigh, I wonder what tactics they are going to use to try to prevent a refund!!
We purchased this product last year and almost immediately the on/off switch stopped working I have called numerous times to get help, but no one has ever called me back I am very sorry I bought this machine and wish I hadn't
