I am rejecting this response because:yes I was offshore and I was never contacted by there finance departmentJust because my vehicle was in rockport doesn't mean I had itMy wife also drives my vehicleMy insurance was not canceled it was changed for a cheaper rate with another companyI had the vehicle for only days and it was takenThis company sales vehicles and repos them with and resales them on there lotI had already had to put money in vehicle due to universal jointsWere going out on vehicleI was contacted thru text in Spanish to who I don't read SpanishState law states if a vehicle is repoed it can be brought up to date and vehicle returnedI wasn't given that opportunity and I wasn't givin all my things backThis company is committing fraudThe manager stated he had tried to deposit two check and that was not the truthI will take this into legal proceedings if neededThere are laws and within the day period of having a vehicle it shouldn't be repoed being that I was contacted in a language I don't speak and wasn't contacted via phone call not even once

I am rejecting this response because:I paid alot of money to get a suv that I havent been able to.use with out it
overheating since the day purchasedSalesman *** told me they would take care of the check engine light just to call and make an appointment and when it came to it I wasnt able to get the vehicle over to.them since it was over heating, they claim it didnt seem urgent cause I wasn't in touch with them frequently but how could I when I have a life with three toddlers that all go to schooli work &***

Vehicles in general do have issues from time to time and can happen sporadically. The customer was happy enough with her purchase at the time of the test drive and sale. So confident in it, that she purchased it as a 'cash' deal. Like all vehicles, you now has to invest more money into it. Perhaps the timing can be frustrating, and we empathize with the customer. Like we have stated before, Eurospeed customers have a 20% off parts or labor discount through Dynamic Car Service which can be very beneficial in keeping expenses down. Dear [redacted], In reference to the complaint regarding a billing or collection issues, please receive our response as follows:  Customer bought the vehicle on 05/06/2017 at a price of $23,995.00. Customer was approved with a down payment of $5,000, and 3 bi-weekly initial...

payments of $1,000 each. Once he ends the original set-up, customer will have 36 monthly payments of $718.84.Customer paid the agreed down payment and left us 3 checks dated 05/06/2017 for a thousand dollars each, and asked us to cash them on the due date.We deposited the first check on 05/25/2017. On 06/02/2017 we received  NSF for that check.That very same day, our salesman tried to contact the customer unsuccessfully, since customer did not returned his text messages.On 06/03/2017 the second biweekly payment was already due. After the first NSF and issued late fees, we tried to contact the customer without success to ask him to update his info contacts, late fees amount, and the previous NSF check status.On 06/06/2017, our salesman received the only text from customer, in reply to one initial earlier message from our salesman, he was explaining the customer that 2 payments were about to expired and that he needed to contact the dealership as soon as possible. In the other hand, our collection department tried several times to contact the customer with no success. The message from customer to our salesman, explained he was out offshore, and also said he was going to bring the money to him in two weeks. He also excuse about the NSF claiming an unknown situation with his bank account, and that he will try to get the money as soon as possible. Unfortunately, that was the customer’s only communication, and never stated a promise to payment.Customer cancelled his insurance policy on 05/15/2017. According to our signed contract, that is also a repossession cause.Considering the NSF, the insurance policy cancellation, the second biweekly payment due, the lack of communication with us; a repossession of the vehicle become imminent. The repossession order was submitted on 6/14/2017.The GPS geo-tracking system installed in the vehicle, showed a history of the customer traveling from Rockport to Portland for several times during the past three weeks, so there was no way customer was offshore as he may suggest.We sent a Certified Letter of Repossession of the vehicle on 06/15/2017 asking our right to receive the full balance of the vehicle, plus repossession fees, and the cost of a key duplicate. We will honor our Certified Letter of Repossession, as soon as the full balance stated on it is fully paid. We have a 12-year-experience for satisfied customers, and we will always be open to listed all of our client’s needs. However, we strongly believe that the success in a relationship is based in an open relationship between the parts. When the customer closed communication with us, we tried all the different means to reach him, sadly, it was unsuccessful and we just execute our right to redeem balances in a situation like this.  We have a strong history of good collaboration with our clients, suppliers, friends, and previous clients.
