Review: I got my brakes repaired by this shop and next day my left front brake pad fell off after not being installed properly. **. [redacted] came to my job and pick up the car to add a new wire. The main problem I have is that I specifically is asked [redacted] to install Mercedes brake. When picked up my car I heard a squeaking noise and I called [redacted] back and told him my brakes were squeaking. He said they should squeak for 1000 miles and I replied that I have gotten brakes done several times before and they didn't squeak. He assured me that they were Mercedes brakes. I advised him and I was not satisfied with the work. He told me to bring the car back to him and he said it may be the sensor. I had a coworker take me on my lunch break to drop the car off and he said that he would check the sensors and my car would be ready when I get off of work. A day or 2 passed my and my brakes continued to squeak and I told [redacted] I don't have time to keep coming up there I need my brakes replaced like yesterday. I asked again if he had installed Mercedes brakes and he said yes. He told me to drop the car off again so I had another coworker take me on my lunch brake to drop the car off again. He said he had replaced brakes with Mercedes brakes. The next day I'm on my way to work and my brakes are squeaking again at this point I'm so frustrated and I don't have time to continue to go back up there because I'm in the process of moving to Georgia. So long story short I took my car to 2 Mercedes shops to have them inspect my brakes in Georgia. I was told by [redacted] in [redacted], GA that I have after market brakes installed. Then I took my car to the Mercedes dealership in [redacted], GA and I was told by technician that the brake pads were too big for the rotor and that's what's causing the squeaking noise. Also no lube or anti- squeal paste was used. I called [redacted] back and told him I want my money back. He told me to send him documentation from the dealership stating the brake pads were too big. I emailed him the information he requested on 3/12/2013. I haven't heard from him since.Desired Settlement: I'm requesting a full refund for parts and labor + $100 gas expenses to drive around and get estimates.
