Review: Due to either improper preparation of concrete floors, or according to Tim Koester the contractor, he did not let the 1st process dry sufficiently before starting the 2nd process causing the color and sealer to separate from the concrete then crack. When Tim made some repairs to the larger sections (he said he would have to come back when the smaller spots were large enough)he said this might be an ongoing problem. Which it is. The then smaller spots are now large sections that have bubbled and soon will start to crack. I have called Tim twice and sent him a letter. To date I still have not heard from him.Desired Settlement: Full $6200.00 refund which will not cover the replacement cost of correcting/re-doing the floors.

I am rejecting this response because: 1)he consumed 5 days of my time to repair the floors in January, I can not afford to take a week off of work for him to do so again, when 2) by his own admission this bubbling, cracking and peeling can go on and on and on. I can not afford to take the time off from work every 3 months for him to make these repairs.

As a result I would like him to reimburse me for the money paid to him so I can re do my floors my self. This is the only acceptable resolution to me.

Review: - He has scheduled dates to return and fix the flaws in his work on two occasions. Didn't show. Didn't call.

- I have left more than 15 messages and/or texts over the last four months (since the last time we talked). He has not responded to any of them.Desired Settlement: See Complaint Text

Review: Tim has not responded to problems with his product as promised, he said he would respond to our residence and fix problems that we have had and never follows up.There are several cracks that he was to repair and told me that give him a couple weeks and never calls back or shows up.When he was bidding the job he said that he would continue to check back to make sure that we were satisfied with the job and product and has not made good on his promise.At this point I wish that he would just remove the product and not at our expense, this is nothing that he promised along with his customer care, my next step is to file a lawsuit for the entire cost of over 15KDesired Settlement: to repair, remove or refund our purchase price

Review: We went to the Eurostone Masters booth (Sept. 2012) at the Ventura, CA Home & Garden Show, to meet with Tim Koester in person. First, Tim swore he never received any of our voicemails. Secondly, he wrote down our address & phone again, promising to call within 2- 1/2 weeks time. He said he'd make the repairs to our concrete at no cost and that he would personally airbrush the paint. Tim never called or came by our home, and it is now 5 months later! We would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The product is flawed, and the service Tim Koester provides is shameful. He will stand before you and tell you what you want to hear, knowing full well that he will not keep his promises to you.
