Review: We purchased a new kitchen from this company and in less than 6 months, a few of the panels are showing buckling and cracking of the finish. We have call and sent at least 5 emails and pictures to show the faulty/defective panels and not received a single reply.Desired Settlement: If they would just replace the defective panels (meaning they provide the panels and installation) we would be satisfied

Review: Cabinet fronts finally replaced after 2 years of waiting due to warping, cracks and peeling paint. New fronts partially installed December [redacted]. After a month started cracking and warping again after assurance it wouldn't happen again. They wont return my calls or answer my emails. I have asked for half my money back as I know he tried to fix this but product he supplied is again defective.Desired Settlement: I would like ,at the very least, half my money back--$3000.00 as I will keep cabinets but have to go to new supplier for new doors.I have been VERY patient--more than 2 years -- for him to correct this.Now it is time to move on.
