Betty answered the phone, and was very knowledgeable and super easy to work with and convey my concerns. They found and repaired the fault in 30 minutes! All of this is wonderful for the folks that live in the Merritt Island/Cocoa Beach area needing service or repair, but for a visitor this is as good as it gets. Thank you very much Eurotech!!
