Review: Eurozone Auto on [redacted] in [redacted], withdrew $840.96 out of my account (via my debit card) without my authorization for either any additional work or the withdrawal from my checking account itself. My son lives in [redacted], and Eurozone was going to do some needed work on his BMW. I spoke with the manager (he might be the owner; not sure), and he said the work amounted to $1600, which I paid ahead of the work being performed via my debit card on Friday, 1 March 2013. The manager said he was moving my son's BMW to the front of the line to work on it, and that it would be ready that very afternoon of 1 Mar 2013. It was not ready until Tuesday, 6 March 2013. No one called and told either my son or me about additional work. As far as either of us knew, the complete bill was $1600, which I had already paid. When my son went to pick up the car on Tuesday evening, there were 2 bills on the floor of his vehicle; one was for the approved $1600; the other for an additional $840.96 for work which neither he nor I had ever been informed or asked about in any way. They never called me or my son to ask permission; they simply ran my debit card through again. Originally, the man at Eurozone said IF, and only IF the calipers need to be changed, it would be an additional $800. The additional work they billed for was for sludging or some such nonsense. I have sent Eurozone 2 notes on their web site. There has been no response at all. I have also contact the [redacted], Commonwealth's Attorney to find out if I can press charges against them.
