installed new crate motor in my [redacted] motor is bad, and lots of extra damage to vehicle,vehicle will not pass emissions inspectionI agreed on a price of [redacted] with [redacted] from E & V automotive,the work was completed ?after approx 6 weeks,he was paid all the agreed price,gave me a 3 yr 36000 mile warranty on new motor and 12 month 12000 mile warranty on labor,will not honor any warranty,car has many more problems besides the motor,electronic suspension not connected,oil leaks differential cracked,check engine light and 5 others on,2 engine covers lost or broken,car has been driven 400 miles in 4 months,will not pass inspection because of damage caused by E & V automotive Car value was approx [redacted] now worth approx. [redacted] certified [redacted] dealer gave me written proposal for [redacted] to repair what was damage by E & V.Desired SettlementI would like vehicle repaired to original or complete refund of [redacted]
