To Whom This May Concern,We are writing this letter in response to the complaint written by our client, [redacted] ***, to your company on November 18th, There was a misunderstanding between our company and our client and we are currently working with her to resolve the issue We believe she filed the complaint due to the time frame between responses Below is a time line of the events leading up to her complaint along with everything after she filed with the Revdex.com.11/12/14We received an email from her concerning an unpleasant/awful taste with the E-Liquid she received This is the same exact item she has been ordering from us since June She asked what can be done to resolve the issue.11/13/14We replied to her email apologizing for the issue and informed her of our Store Policy on E-Liquids (we do not accept returns on E-Liquids due to safety and sanitary reasons) We also asked for the production dates on the bottles received so we can compare against our inventory We then offered her a free 30mL bottle of E-Liquid and asked if she wants it shipped right away or with her next order.11/14/14She replied with the requested information and requested us to send the bottle offered on 11/right away since she didn’t have anything she could use.11/19/14We were closed the weekend of the 15th and 16th, causing us to be backed up in not only responding to emails, but to voice messages and fulfilling orders We didn’t get caught back up until the 19th, which is when we replied to her email and created the order (#***5).11/20/14We received the initial letter from the Revdex.com regarding her complaint However, due to a pending move and being understaffed, we were unable to respond right away.12/04/14We received the final notice from the Revdex.com We then called the client to follow up on the replacement we sent her previously Due to her moving, she did not get a chance to try out the replacement yet and said she would follow up with us as soon as she tried it.12/08/14Since we did not receive a call back, we called her and she informed us the E-Liquid tasted similar to the ones she previously received Unfortunately, even though bottle sent was a different blend, it had same production date as bottles with issue She asked if anyone else complained about the flavor and we informed her we haven’t had any other complaints She then mentioned it may be her and that her tastes may have changed.12/09/14We called her again to let her know the blends she preferred were only available with the same production date as the ones she didn’t like She then agreed to try out a 50/blend and we created Order #[redacted] and shipped it to her on 12/ We finally discussed the Revdex.com complaint and she responded she only filed due to the lack of response in a timely manner She did agree to drop the case since we are working with her on the issue.As you can see, we are definitely working with her regarding the issue and will continue to do so until she is satisfied We have included the forwarded emails along with PDFs of both the replacement orders we’ve created for her.Please let us know if you need any additional information or documentation Additionally, we would appreciate it if we can receive a reply letting us know our response has been received Otherwise, if we do not receive a reply, we will fax our response tomorrow (12/11) just to make sure it was received.Thanks in advance, [redacted] *Customer Service Team, Electric Vapor Cigarettes [email protected]###-###-####www.EVcigarettes.com_____________...
