First of all, we do respect his comment and complaint about the issue he had with the trunk repair even when we offered to redo it and he refused
*** came to our shop and showed me the surface rust spots that just started on his
trunk and he asked me to repair it before it gets any bigger and worsesince the rust spots where on the lower part of the trunk, I suggested that we don't need to repaint the whole trunk, we can just paint the lower part of it where theres rust because it will be less expensive specially where the other part of the trunk is in good conditionwe agreed to do the job for ***$ for the lower part of the trunk (*** mentioned that dealer will do it for ***$)
when I got the pictures form the previous owner, I told him that we have no problems to redo the trunk and we are responsible for what we did and I also told him to let *** contact me to get it donehe came in person and showed me the vehicle and he start telling me that we agreed to do the whole trunk not only the lower part, in fact, when he came to pick up the vehicle I told him to come back after one week to wet sand and polish the line between the new paint and the old paintin another word, *** was aware of us painting the lower part of the trunk and I had one of our employees standing beside me when I was explaining the work to ***
finally, we will gladly redo the job again if he want

Master Tech is clearly trying to make up the real version
I definitely refuse to drop my car to get it done again based on the lack of trustThe *** clearly recommended me to never trust them because they did switch her car tires when she was doing her business with Master Tech
When I touched base with *** ( Master tech ) he gave me options
The first option ( cheapest one ) would consist to fix the rusted spot on top and underneath the trunk for $*** but it will be visible and not perfect..So for a best result ,,he has to remove and paint the whole trunk for $*** with no tax if I pay with cash ..*** had already explained to me that the whole trunk need to be paint so this was my expectation
I tried to negotiate but ** *** insisted that to paint the whole trunk need more time so he is making me a favor by charging me $*** ..especially because the car has been purchase under Master Tech
I hate the way their are lying to justify the bad job
Why did he want me to bring the car back if the deal was to fix the lower of the trunk only ? I let him know that I don't trust him so I contacted *** ( *** ) to fix the rust for $*** ..Where did he get the $*** from.?
my proposal to be parly refunded has been strongly rejected
I very upset to read their comments ..A lawyer will follow if they keep lying and refuse any arrangement

Update:
I have been able to meet in person with the company (Master Tech) and have reached a settlement without the need for further action.

and I have no further issues with Master Tech. I withdrawl any further action as they have satisfied my needs.
