Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: EVA stated that they took care of my former complained with themTampered luggage which made me lose some items, and the ticketing, booking and extra fee they are asking from me which is unfair and unjustThey are still asking me for additional money just to leave the countryI received an email stating that they took care of this matter, but they liedI am still here, they can't still book me, and they didn't made any comment on my lost items from my luggage showing their unprofessional treatment of passengers which paid them with the amount they asked forI am holding them accountable for my daily expenses since the day I got strandedI am lucky if I till have a job when I get back and like I said, if they don't take care of this situation and I have to file another complain, they won't like itMake no mistake about this that they didn't do anything and they are still trying to milk me some more money and insisting that I have to pay the fare difference for ticket "EXTENSION"! I told them that I am not EXTENDING my stay I am STRANDEDThose are two different things As of 3/10/I would like to get back home as soon as possibleI wanted them to pay for my daily expenses until they are able to send me home or when we have an agreementI am exercising my consumer rights and also my rights as a stranded passenger from the APEC summit that happened and I would like them to pay my lost items as wellIf I don't make it by April 7th and my other ticket for my live event is also got wasted, I am holding EVA responsible for lack of action and lack contact informationSincerely, [redacted]

To Whom This May Concern,This letter serves to respond to your letter dated Mar 14, 2016, which we received on Mar 17th, 2016.Our office in Manila already responded to passenger and well explained to passenger through email onMar 11, 2016 as attached. Our office in Manila also called passenger numerous times to explain topassenger the situation and answered all his concern. The Manila ticketing office suggest passenger todecide the return day to the States so they can help him to make reservation.Ever since we received the first letter from Revdex.com, we had contact passenger and extend our service tohelp and assist him for any issue he raised.

of EVA staff. We did open case and offer them to fix and repair company for them. Passenger said ok and accepts to drop off luggage at fix and repair company. We contact passenger about damager case after received letter from Revdex.com Company, passenger said he doesn’t want to drop off luggage too far and he want compensation about his two luggage.
