Review: I did business with this store starting in 2012 and entered into a legal business contract between myself and the store, as consigner and consignee. The store owner allegedly dissolved the business and has started another new business. The owner states that since the business is dissolved, she does not need to pay the balance as per the terms on the contract we signed. In addition, before dissolution of the business, terms of the contract were violated numerous times such as failure to deliver sales reports and pay the full balance owed at the end of each calendar month. Attempts at contact and negotiating payment were attempted numerous times and would be met with no response for weeks at a time. The owner/store sold the items I produced at my own expense and I have received no payment to this date.Desired Settlement: I would like payment for services rendered as stated in the legal contract.
