Review: I bought this product directly from Eva-NYC with a discounted price via [redacted]. When I opened the packaged I saw signs of used product. I contacted [redacted] and the customer service agent couldn't contact them directly due to the office being closed after hours. He gave me the e-mail address to contact them and told me they would either give me a full refund or exchange it no problem. When I contacted Eva-NYC they denied that they stock any used/refurbished/returned products in their warehouse and that they would never send used product. They requested photos and still denied that they were used. I sent them more close up photos and they claimed the product was new and if I wanted an exchange I would have to pay for shipping. Whether I want a refund or exchange I would still have to pay for shipping, which is 1/3 of the product cost.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund with no shipping cost deducted. If I wanted to buy a used product I would buy a used product. It's not right for a company to ship a used product and claim it's brand new even if the customer purchased it at a discounted price with a coupon code.
