Revdex.com: I have reviewed the? response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below ? I was equally amazed and astonished to read the response from Evaluator Shopper to my Revdex.com complaintI was not informed after submission that there was any problem with these assignmentsI was never told that the information I submitted was not “complete (sic) the right way’ and that I would not be paid for “incomplete work”In fact, I completed all of my assignments completely, accurately and I submitted them on time? I am a veteran of years with the U.SNavy.? I became a mystery shopper to supplement my incomeI have been a mystery shopper for over years and I work for over different companiesI have successfully completely and been fully paid for thousands of shops, inspections and audits without incident.? I know how to follow instructions and I did exactly what was required for these unpaid shopsThey were submitted within hours of completion? In the extremely rare case of a problem with a shop, other mystery shop companies will call or email to advise shoppers of an issueIf more information or clarification is needed, shoppers are normally given the chance to do so by follphone or emailIf photos are somehow a problem, shoppers are given a chance to retake them or submit others that they may haveIn my years of experience I have never been denied payment for successfully completed work? ? On the company’s website, the shops showed "payment pending" for many weeks after the shops were submittedWhen I did not receive payment by the expected time as shown in the assignment details, I called and email the company numerous timesMy telephone voice mails were never returned and my many emails went unansweredSubsequently, I could no longer log into the website as I was apparently deactivated.? I received absolutely no direct communication from this companyI'm aware of at least one other shopper with the same experience.? ? In summary, I completed the assignments exactly as requiredI took excellent picturesI submitted the work on timeI should be paid for my work Regards, [redacted]

Dear Sir/Madam:In response to the complaint, Yes this Independent Contractor did do an assignment for us However he was not paid because the information submitted was not complete the right wayPlease see our policy below We are by all means correct in withholding payment to any Independent Contractor When the Independent Contractor signs up with our company they are fully aware of this This Independent Contractor was not paid for incomplete work This agreement is between the Independent Contractor, and EvaluatorShopper.Com Upon completion and transmissionof this Independent Contractor Agreement, you will be entered into our database as an Independent Contractor (IC) only, with no employee statusMystery shops will be offered on a periodic basis.Your responsibility will be to complete the mystery shops you choose to conduct according to the specifications and instructional guidelines provided by EvaluatorShopper.Com which are typicallyemailed to youAs an IC, you agree that any shops you accept will be accurately and honestly documented and completed within the time period indicated in theinstructions Completed survey(s) must be turned in within hours after the shop is completed unless the projectspecifies otherwise EvaluatorShopper.Com assumes no liability and will not be held liable for payment to any IC who reports back to EvaluatorShopper.Com late, inaccurate, invalid or withincomplete work
