Iam very sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations for your Naturally Curly StyleAs stated when I spoke to you on the phone, I think you would have been better suited receiving a Curly Cut + Style to remove the extensive amount of heat damageWhich Cheyenne explained to you as well
Unfortunately we can not style away significant heat damageBelieve me if we could we would! We offer and teach all of our customers a wash and go styleWe accelerate the natural drying process by placing each customer under the hooded dryer until the hair is 80-100% dryI imagine you spent a significant amount of time sitting drying because of the length, density and texture of your hairIf you were expecting any styling beyond natural styling unfortunately you came to the wrong placeWe are a “natural hair salon” we do not have the tools to make faux curlsAs stated on our website prices vary based on your “ length, density and texture of hair” We use a specific system in order to determine each customers price based off these factorsCheyenne’s Naturally Curly Style is $75-as stated on our websiteEvery single one of our stylist offer a thorough consultationIt is part of our culture and it simply just doesn’t get skippedI truly am sorry you feel this way about our salon as we take what we do very seriously and every service we offer come from the heartIt is unfortunate that you declined my offer to personally offer you another serviceInstead you chose to leave this deceitful reviewGood luck on your natural hair journeyWe truly wish you the very best!

I am rejecting this response because:I was not treated like a normal client at the salon. I was lied to about to pricing. Nothing was communicated to me at all from the stylist. You can keep talking about my “damaged” hair all you want to but I came to your salon to get it cut off and your stylist did not do anything to recommend cutting anything until after the service when she told me it was going to be $120 to cut it off. As attached, it specifically states that I was going to pay $75. It doesn’t not say anything else. I was cheated and lie to by your company. Now that is the disgrace.
